TOWN HOUSE A: MURRAY HILL, NYC
Created conceptual plans and renderings to help sell a townhouse in Murray Hill. The idea was to open the area and bring light into the main spaces, which included a living area, master bath and bed.

C-TEC SOLAR OFFICE
A small solar start up leased a large office that needed to create a flexible series of spaces that could grow with the expansion of the compant. We implemented 5 movable partitions to create an eating area, drafting area, gallery, break out space and computer lab.

EAST HAMPTON ADDITION
The owner of the residence wanted to create an addition to the home that would open the public spaces and sepereate the private ones. In response a breeze way was designed that would become the new entrance. This allowed the existing segmented rooms to be opened up and allow light to pentrate the area. It also created a private master bedroom and bathroom to be desinged. In return an outdoor courtyard was created framing the existing pool.

CT AND NJ CALL CENTERS
A phone call center wanted to purpose a renovation to a top client. They asked us to create a series of conceptal renderings and plans to add a meeting room and new entrance way in both the CT and NJ offices.
